Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We can accept payment via direct bank transfer as well as cash payments. Whichever payment method you choose, you will receive your invoice stating the amount paid and for which service(s) the payment applies to.
What about my pets?
We love animals and we will ensure we use animal friendly products around your pets. If you have special requirements let us know, we are more than happy to adapt our services to suit your pets.

This is a very rare occurance, however we are insured to cover damages that may occure.
Do I need to be home?
If you are not home you can leave a key in a lock box or safe place. We can also hold clients keys and will be more than happy to talk you through our security measures when we do this.
If you are home we will always make sure we work around what you need and will cause as little disruption to your day as possible.
